DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - MEP MAIN CONTRACTOR - LIMERICK
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in
Ireland and across mainland Europe.
Providing general administrative support to the onsite team
Liaising with contracts managers/construction staff.
Recording of daily attendance and timesheets.
Filing of site report sheets, safety audits and memos.
Coordination and management of the project controls.
Control of critical documents via the project database.
Submission and tracking of project documentation.
General administration duties including data inputting and updating
information efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
Leaving Certificate.
2+ years in a similar position in the construction industry
desirable.
Excellent IT skills essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
Experience using SAP software advantageous.
Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful
candidate.
